Thoughtful therapy
You might be feeling anxious, uncertain, or worn down by constant self-questioning. Maybe relationships feel complicated, transitions feel heavy, or you’re searching for a deeper understanding of yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Many people come looking for clarity, steadiness, and a space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion.
I offer individual therapy for adults seeking a thoughtful, supportive space for reflection and self-understanding. My work is relational, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. As a former Division I athlete, I also have a special interest in supporting athletes as they face challenges such as injury, shifting identities, & transition out of athletics.
I practice as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I’m happy to provide superbills for possible reimbursement, and HSA/FSA funds may be used when available.
